You must register with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Each person may register only one TrustMoni account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or policies is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
TrustMoni is required by applicable Nigerian financial regulations to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals above โฆ50,000.
๐ก KYC information is processed securely and used solely for identity verification purposes in compliance with CBN AML/CFT regulations.
TrustMoni currently supports: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (ERC20), XRP, Dogecoin (DOGE), and Litecoin (LTC). Supported coins may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Exchange rates are set by TrustMoni administrators and are locked at the time of deposit. Rates fluctuate and TrustMoni is not liable for market movements after a deposit is credited.
TrustMoni may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. By proceeding, you agree to pay any stated fees. Current fee information is available in the app and on our website.
You agree NOT to use TrustMoni for:

All content, branding, software, and technology on TrustMoni โ including the name, logo, app design, and code โ are the exclusive property of TrustMoni. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of TrustMoni without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
TrustMoni may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of TrustMoni after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
